Hey Folks - the in-house fundraisers went well - we made $405 on the Raffle and $100 on the 50/50! I am not sure if we get any of the door proceeds?...and I know Kim mentioned some donations from clients - but also know the Bands probably had some costs associated with performing (transportation, etc.).

As you know - 12 of the 34 raffle prizes did not get picked up... Here is a list of the 12 tickets in order of their drawing - as we gave the winners the choice of prizes in order of the draws:

Thank-you for the additional donations - I know there were a lot of prizes, but I had thought the draws would go in stages by 5-6 tickets at a time between songs - so that might have made it easier to claim the prizes - next year we will make sure to talk this out with Gilles/Maureen in advance! But the buyers were generous and we can always use the left-over prizes for additional fundraisers! Let me know on any other donations so we get an idea of total funds raised - so far $505 with the raffle and 50/50.
