Rockin’ for Risk”, Ottawa’s Biggest and Best classic rock charitable dance party, returns! On Saturday, April 5, 2014, “Rockin’ for Risk” will celebrate 13 years of Retro-Rocking the Region! This “Do Not Miss” event has raised funds for programs supporting children with Autism through Children at Risk. This year we are co-presenting the event with The Capital City Condors Special Needs Hockey Teams, as well. We would LOVE to include your community-minded business as a Sponsor with a donation for our Event!

Incorporated with our event is a Silent Auction, Raffle and Prize Bags. We invite donations of Gift Certificates, Merchandise and/or small items for the Prize Bags. We would be thrilled if you could extend your support for 2014!

Children at Risk continues to assist close to 400 families in Ottawa and the surrounding region who are raising a child with Autism. Through our community-based programs, workshops and seminars and now a Summer Day Camp, Camp Kaleidoscope, we extend support for not only the child with Autism, but the entire family! The Capital City Condors are ice hockey teams for youth who are unable to play on any other hockey team due to a disability. The program is highly rewarding experience for the players, parents and volunteers - as children, youth, and young adults (who only dream of playing on a hockey team) see their dreams come true!

But without you, it could not be done, as all services are financed solely by donations and fundraising activities and events – like “Rockin’ for Risk”!

We would be delighted if your business could offer sponsorship! Your sponsorship will be acknowledged at our event and in a thank-you Newspaper advertisement. Please also note that we do NOT request support from a business more than once per annum, recognizing the numerous requests you probably receive!

This will be the 8th year for “Rockin’ for Risk” at Algonquin College, featuring a sandwich buffet included in the ticket price. Still an important part of our event is our live band RPM and a visit by Elvis! Heather from A Little Bit of Bling helps us to add sparkle with her face & body art! Community supports for families raising a child with special needs are of utmost importance! Programs offered by Children at Risk and The Capital City Condors are needed now more than every! We are there for these families – we hope you can be there for us! We look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience!
